EMPLOYMENT

At Robbins Marine, we've spent 65 years building something we're truly proud of — a thriving, family-oriented marine dealership that has earned the trust and loyalty of tens of thousands of families across Pennsylvania. As an authorized Bennington dealership and home to the largest boat inventory in the state, we are growing and looking for passionate, motivated individuals to join our team. Whether you have a background in sales, a love for the marine industry, or hands-on experience in warehouse and logistics operations, we want to hear from you. When you join Robbins Marine, you're not just taking a job — you're becoming part of a team that genuinely loves what it does and takes pride in delivering an outstanding experience to every customer who walks through our doors.

Our sales team is the face of Robbins Marine, and we're looking for friendly, enthusiastic, and driven individuals to help our customers find the perfect boat for their family and lifestyle. As a Sales Associate at Robbins Marine, you'll work alongside some of the most experienced professionals in the marine industry — many of whom bring over 40 years of sales expertise to the floor — in a supportive environment where your growth and success are a priority. The ideal candidate is personable, eager to learn, and genuinely excited about boating and the outdoors. Prior marine or powersports sales experience is a plus, but it's not a requirement — we believe in training the right people and investing in their development. If you love connecting with people, have a competitive spirit, and want to sell a product that brings families together, this is the role for you.

Behind every great dealership is a team of dedicated operations professionals who make sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, and at Robbins Marine that team is just as important to us as anyone on the showroom floor. We are currently seeking reliable, hardworking individuals to join our warehouse operations team, supporting the receiving, organization, and movement of inventory, parts, and equipment across our facility. Candidates with experience in warehouse environments, forklift operation, inventory management, or marine parts handling are strongly encouraged to apply. Attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team are the qualities we value most. If you take pride in a job well done and want to be part of a well-established operation with a 65-year track record, we'd love to meet you.
